As a Cultural and Creative Arts Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students' understanding and appreciation of the arts, culture, and creativity. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Cultural and Creative Arts lessons in line with the school's curriculum
- Teach students various art forms including drawing, painting, drama, music, and cultural studies
- Encourage students to explore creativity through hands-on projects and practical activities
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback
- Organize and participate in school cultural events, exhibitions, and performances
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate creative arts into broader school activities
- Ensure lesson plans align with educational standards and student developmental needs
- A minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Creative Arts, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience teaching Cultural and Creative Arts in a school setting is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian culture, arts, and creative expression
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with children
- Must reside in Ipaja or nearby areas within Lagos
