Winners International Academy, a premier co-educational institution located in Bayelsa State, Nigeria, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cultural and Creative Arts Teacher to join our esteemed faculty. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Cultural and Creative Arts lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the Nigerian curriculum.
- Foster a creative, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student expression and artistic exploration.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular cultural events, art exhibitions, and creative club activities.
- Uphold the high moral and ethical standards of the institution while mentoring students toward academic and personal success.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Cultural and Creative Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE); possession of a Master of Arts (M.A) will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 15 years of cognate teaching experience within a reputable private secondary school.
- Must possess high moral standards, a goal-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Strong innovative and communication skills to effectively engage diverse learners.
