About the Role

Join IOTA Group, a renowned Swiss HR and project management solutions provider with 27 years of international expertise, as a CSP Planning & Reporting Engineer. You will be instrumental in driving project success through strategic planning, meticulous progress tracking, and detailed reporting across our energy, industry, and infrastructure sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned with project objectives for cost control, progress monitoring, and regulatory reporting
  • Create, update, and manage integrated project schedules with scenario analysis and optimization simulations as directed by Project Management
  • Monitor contractor execution schedules, review progress measurement methodologies, and validate progress reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, KPIs, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules ensuring consistency with project standards
  • Conduct schedule impact assessments for changes, variations, and risks, providing quantitative analysis for recovery and mitigation strategies
  • Maintain and update the Issues Log with full traceability of contractual and project matters, supporting claims and dispute resolution
  • Identify, monitor, and report project risks with potential cost and schedule implications to the Project Control Manager
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders on planning innovations and tool implementation

Qualifications
  • 10-20 years of demonstrated experience in project planning and scheduling roles
  • Advanced expertise in Oracle P6, reporting databases, and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven competency in change, trend, and impact analysis
  • Strong reporting and performance monitoring capabilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred
