About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize digital engagement campaigns for innovative financial products, including Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and product credit. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer conversion, engagement, repeat usage, and repayment through targeted, automated, and data-driven marketing initiatives within the fast-paced Nigerian fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute omni-channel campaigns across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, and retargeting channels.
- Develop comprehensive customer engagement journeys covering onboarding, KYC completion, credit eligibility, and repeat transactions.
- Segment customers based on behavior, transaction history, risk profiles, and lifecycle stages.
- Set up and manage automated, trigger-based campaigns using advanced CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Create and optimize compelling campaign messages, calls to action, timing, and frequency to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor performance, conduct rigorous A/B testing, and analyze KPIs including repayment responses and overdue payment reductions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Collections, Design, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in CRM campaigns, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Prior experience in fintech, lending, digital payments, financial services, or fast-paced consumer industries is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Insider, CleverTap, or MoEngage.
- Strong command of customer segmentation, campaign automation, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with SQL knowledge considered an added advantage.
- Excellent copywriting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
