About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a premier investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Officer to facilitate seamless lending solutions for our clients across various locations in Lagos State, including Agboju, Satellite, Navy Town, Ipaja, Ayobo, Gate, Command, Agege, Ogba, Ikeja, Ejigbo, Isolo, Maya, Odogunyan, and Ogijo. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing creditworthiness, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring exceptional customer service while driving daily and weekly repayment collections.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process loan applications efficiently.
- Assess clients’ financial status, evaluate creditworthiness, and calculate risk ratios.
- Contact clients to gather necessary financial data, documentation, and set up payment plans.
- Analyze risks to approve or reject loan requests in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all loan applications and transactions.
- Conduct daily and weekly repayment collections.
- Monitor the progress of existing loans and follow up with clients regarding loan renewals.
- Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Comprehensive understanding of lending procedures, products, and financial spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Starting salary of NGN 112,000 with attractive monthly incentives.
