About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a dynamic investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance services. We are currently seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Credit Officer to join our growing team in Lagos State. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating lending for our clients by accurately assessing creditworthiness, processing relevant documentation, and ensuring timely loan disbursement across locations such as Agboju, Satellite, Navy Town, Safejo, Ipaja, Gate, Command, Alakuko, Kola, Ijegun, Ejigbo, Mushin, Isolo, and Odogunyan. Ultimately, you will help our clients achieve their financial goals while safeguarding company assets through effective risk management and daily repayment collection.
Key Responsibilities- Review incoming loan requests and contact clients to gather necessary financial data and documentation.
- Assess clients' financial status, evaluate creditworthiness, and calculate risk ratios.
- Analyze financial risks and officially approve or reject loan applications.
- Set up structured payment plans and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all loan applications.
- Execute daily and weekly repayment collections from assigned clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals and monitor the progress of existing active loans.
- Proven professional work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Strong working knowledge of standard lending procedures and financial products.
- Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets and reports.
- Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Competitive starting salary of NGN 112,000.
