About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited, a leading investment and microfinance company, is recruiting a Credit Officer to join our dynamic lending team. In this pivotal role, you will evaluate loan applications, assess client creditworthiness, and facilitate timely lending decisions while maintaining the highest professional standards. You will work across multiple Lagos locations including Ajuwon, Ejigbo, Mushin, Oshodi, Isolo, Mafoluku, Ketu, Mile 12, Ojota, Ile-Iwe, Ikotun, Idimu, and Ijegun.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process loan applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assess clients' financial status and evaluate creditworthiness using established procedures
- Calculate and analyze risk ratios to support lending decisions
- Contact clients to gather financial documentation and required information
- Approve or reject loan requests based on comprehensive risk analysis
- Establish and manage customized payment plans for approved clients
- Maintain accurate, updated records of all loan applications and transactions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and track repayment progress
- Conduct follow-ups regarding loan renewals and collections
- Manage daily and weekly repayment collections
- Proven experience as Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar lending role
- Hands-on expertise with lending procedures and financial products
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing financial spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Competitive starting salary: ₦112,000 monthly
