About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a premier investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Officer to join our team in Ijebu, Ogun State. In this field-focused role, you will cover key commercial hubs including Oke Aje Market, Mile 10 Market, Ijebu Oru, Oja Oba in Ago Iwoye, Station Market in Ijebu Igbo, and Imushin/Ileshe Market. You will play a crucial role in driving financial inclusion by facilitating seamless loan processing, assessing client creditworthiness, and ensuring timely loan recovery to support our growing clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate loan applications from prospective clients across designated markets in Ijebu.
- Assess clients' financial status, calculate risk ratios, and analyze creditworthiness to approve or reject requests.
- Contact clients to gather required financial documentation and set up structured, sustainable payment plans.
- Conduct daily and weekly repayment collections while monitoring the progress of existing loan portfolios.
- Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records of all loan applications, renewals, and client communications.
- Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Strong hands-on experience with lending procedures, risk analysis, and financial spreadsheets.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with a strong aptitude for field collection.
- Starting basic salary of NGN 112,000 with lucrative monthly performance incentives.
