About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a premier investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance solutions. We are currently expanding our operations across Abuja-FCT (covering Bwari, Kubuwa, Dutse, Wuse, and Wuye) and are looking for a results-driven Credit Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating timely loan approvals while ensuring that all regulatory and internal risk requirements are thoroughly met. You will work closely with our diverse clientele to understand their financial needs, structure appropriate payment plans, and maintain healthy portfolio performance through diligent daily and weekly repayment monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Review incoming loan requests and contact clients to gather necessary financial data and documentation.
- Assess clients financial status, evaluate creditworthiness, and calculate precise risk ratios.
- Analyze financial risks to approve or reject loan applications in line with company policies.
- Set up manageable payment plans and maintain up-to-date, accurate records of all loan applications.
- Execute daily and weekly repayment collections to maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Monitor the progress of existing loans and proactively follow up with clients regarding loan renewals and account statuses.
- Proven work experience as a credit officer, loan officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience with lending procedures, microfinance products, and financial evaluation.
- Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets and reports.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and risk-assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Competitive starting salary of NGN 112,000 monthly.
