About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a premier investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Officer to join our growing team in Kwara State. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating timely loans for our clients while carefully assessing creditworthiness and managing repayment collections across key commercial hubs including Ipata Market in Ilorin and Owode Market in Offa. Ultimately, you will ensure a seamless lending experience that balances excellent customer service with rigorous risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process incoming loan applications efficiently.
- Assess clients' financial status, evaluate creditworthiness, and calculate risk ratios.
- Contact clients to gather required financial data, documentation, and verify information.
- Analyze risks and make informed decisions to approve or reject loan requests.
- Establish clear payment plans and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all loan applications.
- Execute daily and weekly repayment collections.
- Monitor the progress of existing loans and follow up with clients regarding loan renewals and account management.
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures, microfinance products, and financial spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and risk evaluation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Competitive starting salary of NGN 112,000 monthly.
