About the Role
Twinkly Tots, a premier private school established in 2017 by early childhood education expert Olamide Adeniji, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Creche Staff member to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care, stimulation, and developmental support for our youngest learners in a warm and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, loving care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical safety and emotional well-being at all times.
- Engage children in stimulating, age-appropriate activities including interactive play, storytelling, and music.
- Prepare and serve healthy snacks and meals while strictly adhering to individual dietary restrictions and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic creche environment, ensuring all toys, bedding, and equipment are regularly disinfected.
- Monitor and document children's developmental progress, promptly reporting any observations or concerns to the supervisor.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities and milestones.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow creche staff and school administration to foster a harmonious working environment.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education or childcare are a strong advantage.
- Proven professional experience working with infants and toddlers in a recognized childcare, nursery, or school setting.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices for infant care.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
