About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing our brand to life by turning marketing concepts into strong visual communications, ranging from social media creatives and travel packages to visa campaigns and short-form video content.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging and professional designs for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms in line with PIM Travels’ brand guidelines.
- Design campaign creatives, flyers, banners, brochures, promotional materials, and visuals for travel packages and tours.
- Develop graphics for website pages, blogs, email campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to develop campaign-specific creative content and marketing decks.
- Support the production of short-form videos, Reels, and motion graphics while professionally editing marketing images.
- Maintain an organized library of source files and stay updated on travel-industry creative trends.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Creative Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Figma, and CapCut or similar video-editing and design tools.
- Demonstrated experience designing specifically for social media, digital advertising, and short-form video content.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
