Key Responsibilities- Define and elevate the overarching creative vision and standards across all client deliverables and internal departments.
- Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies rooted in core business objectives and market insights.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and strategists.
- Drive business development efforts by leading proposal creation, pitching to stakeholders, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with clients to translate complex business challenges into lucrative creative opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Creative Direction, Brand Strategy, Advertising, Marketing, or Media.
- Extensive background working within a fast-paced agency environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale creative projects.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
