About the Role
WTS Energy, a leading global manpower supply and energy consulting firm, is recruiting a strategic and results-driven Country Manager to spearhead our operations in Nigeria. In this executive leadership role, you will act as the most senior representative in-country, guiding our expansion across the dynamic maritime, offshore, and oil and gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic market expansion across Nigeria.
- Strengthen existing client relationships while securing new contract opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of all operations and fleet management commitments.
- Maintain strict adherence to Group QHSE standards, regulatory frameworks, and local-content laws.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local workforce and operational leadership pipeline.
- Provide comprehensive governance, transparent financial reporting, and effective risk management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 18 years of executive leadership experience within the maritime, offshore, oil and gas, or logistics industries.
- Proven track record of successful P&L management, commercial growth, and stakeholder engagement in regulated markets.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian regulatory requirements, local content policies, and industry governance.
