As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, emotional support, and practical solutions to clients seeking clarity and direction. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to deliver world-class counselling services that align with our client-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to clients across various needs, including career, academic, and personal development.
  • Assess client needs and develop appropriate intervention plans or referrals where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and client progress.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, or support groups as needed.
  • Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in counselling and psychological support.
  • Provide crisis intervention support when required, ensuring client safety and wellbeing.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification or license to practice as a Counselor is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in a counselling or advisory role, preferably within a corporate or institutional setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to listen actively, empathize, and provide constructive guidance.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must reside in Lagos, preferably within or close to Ipaja, as this is a full-time on-site role.
