Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and pitch prospective corporate partners and clients to expand our business network.
- Develop and implement effective partnership strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Represent Golca Resources Services at industry networking events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics and revenue generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or partnership management.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian corporate landscape and business ecosystem.
