Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support corporate strategy, investment decisions, and long-term business planning.
- Develop robust financial models for forecasting, business valuation, budgeting, and complex scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess performance and advise management.
- Assist in the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and diverse capital-raising transactions.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on rigorous financial data and market research.
- Prepare high-quality pitch decks, information memoranda, and transaction documents for effective deal sourcing.
- Support the preparation of high-level board presentations, comprehensive investor reports, and strategic planning documents.
- Perform detailed competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to inform overall financial and operational strategy.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional departments, including accounting, treasury, operations, and corporate strategy.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations, internal company policies, and regulatory reporting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or related analytical fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and corporate valuation techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, or equivalent relevant qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
