In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing strategic financial initiatives, supporting capital-raising activities, and driving our corporate growth agenda through rigorous financial analysis and market research.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and review complex financial models for various corporate finance transactions, project finance, and business valuation exercises.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of target companies to support ongoing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, information memorandums, and other marketing materials for capital raising and strategic advisory engagements.
- Perform detailed market, industry, and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic investment advisory and support executive decision-making processes.
- Monitor capital market developments and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance and strategic positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, capital markets, or project finance.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, company valuation, and quantitative financial analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting M&A transactions and capital-raising initiatives.
- Possession of professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, or SEC Sponsorship will be considered a distinct advantage.
