Key Responsibilities- Execute and monitor daily core banking transactions, including account maintenance, funds transfers, postings, and reconciliations.
- Perform End-of-Day (EOD), End-of-Month (EOM), and End-of-Year (EOY) processing in strict accordance with approved procedures.
- Monitor system performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and provide first-level technical support.
- Liaise with internal IT teams and external technology vendors to swiftly resolve system incidents and downtime.
- Perform daily reconciliation of transactions, suspense accounts, and general ledger balances while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal control policies, regulatory frameworks, and risk management standards.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and participate in system testing, upgrades, and product rollouts.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations, Digital Banking, Finance, and Risk stakeholders to streamline service delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in banking operations or core banking support roles.
- Hands-on experience working with reputable core banking systems such as Finacle, Flexcube, or Temenos.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
