About the Role
Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) is a premier outsourcing company in Nigeria dedicated to easing business burdens through expert human resource management, people placement, and learning and development. We are currently seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and meticulous Teller to join our vibrant team and deliver exceptional financial services to our clients' customers.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and utility payments.
- Manage cash drawers daily, balance cash inventories, and oversee automated teller machine (ATM) transactions efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing detailed information on various banking products.
- Proactively recommend and cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to achieve branch targets.
- Adhere strictly to internal security protocols, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements to prevent fraud and minimize operational losses.
- Educational Requirement: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with Upper Credit only.
- Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old.
- Experience: Prior practical experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service environments.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude, excellent interpersonal communication, and proficiency in using computer systems.
- Competitive monthly salary of N150,000.
