We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator, End User Device Management Engineer (Analyst) to join our growing Nigerian team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the availability, deployment, and lifecycle management of all end-user devices, ensuring compliance with our stringent IT service management standards and optimizing asset inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high availability of end-user devices during new installations and upgrades, ensuring seamless request-to-deployment workflows.
  • Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in end-user device management.
  • Provide expert input into hardware and software selection, guiding tailoring and installation based on technical insights.
  • Maintain comprehensive Information Systems (IS) asset and configuration data in strict adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end device deployment, recovery, upgrades, and replacements, preparing recovered systems for swift reallocation.
  • Ensure third-party vendor compliance with company standards and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with enterprise system, operating system, and hardware engineers to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate asset audits and work alongside support teams to ensure incident management processes and IT policies are consistently upheld.
  • Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc incident management reports from the BMC Remedy system, leveraging trend analysis to recommend service improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL v3 or later).
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience in end-user support and device management.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Windows Systems and MS Office.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware, specified operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with the capacity to evaluate and prioritize diverse internal and external client needs.
