About the Role
Nile University of Nigeria, a prestigious multidisciplinary institution and member of Honoris United Universities, is seeking a highly competent and result-oriented Coordinator, Cleaning Services to join our dynamic Maintenance Department in Abuja. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our campus facilities reflect our commitment to excellence, health, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning operations across all campus facilities to ensure adequate staffing and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement routine and specialized cleaning schedules for offices, classrooms, common areas, and residential spaces.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and presentation standards, addressing deficiencies promptly.
- Monitor the proper handling, storage, and labeling of cleaning chemicals in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate venue preparation and post-event cleanup for university ceremonies, examinations, meetings, and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant operational experience in cleaning, hospitality, or environmental services.
- Professional certifications in Cleaning Services or Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) will be an added advantage.
