About the Role
Malaria Consortium is seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to oversee field operations for upcoming ITN mass distribution campaign surveys in Abia State. In this vital role, you will manage household interview teams, ensure rigorous data collection standards, and contribute to critical public health research that shapes malaria control policies in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate four to five household interview teams across assigned wards.
- Conduct pre-survey community sensitisation and select appropriate settlements in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate household enumeration and manage logistics, including mobiliser payments.
- Oversee data collection quality and ensure accurate upload via SurveyCTO software.
- Manage back-check processes in randomly selected wards and households.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive activity and coordination reports to the M&E Manager.
- Post-graduate degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in coordinating household surveys.
- Strong quantitative report-writing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in speaking and understanding the Igbo language.
