We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of essential physical infrastructure, including roads, bridges, water systems, and structural buildings. Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing comprehensive day-to-day field supervision at project sites to ensure construction strictly complies with quality standards, design specifications, drawings, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and site investigations to establish effective and efficient project execution methods.
- Identify and help resolve project design and development challenges while recommending measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate field and contract work to ensure full compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and regulatory codes.
- Test various building materials for quality assurance and assist in preparing accurate cost and labor estimates for projects.
- Assess potential environmental impacts and construction risks to maintain safe working conditions.
- Stay updated on local and federal government regulations, standards, and agency procedures relevant to civil engineering and construction.
- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC experience in construction and project execution.
- Active membership or progress toward registration with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and COREN is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with international professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using CAD packages and standard Microsoft Office Suite programs.
