About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria, bringing strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all operational and service-level contracts for commercial, residential, retail, and industrial real estate portfolios.
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements across all operating sites.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve contract disputes, manage expectations, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Monitor vendor performance, evaluate service delivery, and implement corrective measures when performance falls below established standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial and operational reports regarding contract performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk management strategies to optimize property and facility operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in contract management, facility management, or commercial real estate operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and vendor management best practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail.
