About the Role
Great Owoblow Furniture & Interior Company (also known as Great Owoblow Golden Ventures) is a leading Nigerian furniture manufacturer and interior design business dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our daily business operations, streamline production processes, and ensure the seamless execution of all interior design and manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring high efficiency in furniture production and interior design project delivery.
- Manage and mentor production floor staff, artisans, and administrative personnel to foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to reduce costs, minimize waste, and maximize productivity.
- Coordinate supply chain logistics, inventory management, and raw material procurement.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards across all manufactured furniture pieces.
- Handle client escalations, maintain positive vendor relationships, and oversee project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in operations management, preferably within the furniture manufacturing or interior design industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and clients.
