About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Contract Manager to join our operations in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will ensure our maritime activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in strict compliance with company standards while driving client satisfaction and financial success.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure operations are performed in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner while meeting all contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and conduct regular performance reviews based on agreed parameters.
- Guarantee that all operations comply with company safety, security, and SLIMS policies and procedures.
- Monitor vessel and operational personnel compliance with relevant regulations and SHEQ policies, swiftly addressing any non-compliance.
- Collaborate with HR to provide adequate staff training and development, and conduct annual performance appraisals for shore staff and vessel officers.
- Manage the financial performance of the contract, provide input for annual budgets, and monitor monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Must currently reside in Nigeria.
- Extensive relevant marine operating experience with a strong background in terminal operations.
- Sea-going experience as a Master or Chief Officer.
- Proven onshore management experience within the marine industry.
