About the Role
DP World is a leading global supply chain and logistics company dedicated to making trade flow better across the globe. We are currently looking for a dynamic Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive warehouse optimizations, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to design end-to-end supply chain and warehouse solutions ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and feasibility studies, developing ROI presentations and bespoke costing solutions.
- Lead customer on-boarding and exiting initiatives, including warehouse restructuring and software integration in collaboration with the IT team.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate feasibility.
- Partner with quality assurance teams to implement robust testing strategies and maintain high solution standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and foster strong, positive client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an NQF8 related qualification.
- Certified Six Sigma practitioner.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management and solution design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills with a focus on cost-efficient solutions.
