About the Role
ArkBridge Integrated Limited is a leading real estate development firm in the Lagos-Ogun Megacity axis, renowned for creating excellently crafted communities and delivering premium residential solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, manage our digital platforms, and strengthen our brand presence as we drive sustainable growth and long-term value for our stakeholders in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to align with our brand voice.
- Plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and optimal audience engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics, track web traffic, and analyze conversion rates to provide regular reports and optimize future campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, apply SEO guidelines, and write compelling marketing copy, blog posts, and website updates.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to align social media strategies and illustrate articles effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.
- B.Sc or HND in any relevant field with a minimum of Second Class Lower Credit or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and user demographics.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and fast-thinking abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Relevant certifications in content creation or social media marketing will be an added advantage.
