The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that align with the brand's vision and goals, playing a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and boosting sales.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Create product-focused content highlighting features, benefits, and customer use cases, specifically within the fashion and e-commerce space.
- Develop and manage the content calendar for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Post, engage, and respond to community comments and messages to foster active audience growth.
- Identify digital trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant in the fashion and body positivity market.
- Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to develop compelling co-branded campaigns.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
- Craft compelling narratives, blog posts, and email newsletters that connect emotionally with the target audience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related digital marketing qualification.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role within e-commerce or fashion brands.
- A strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and SEO content marketing skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
- Passionate about fashion, body positivity, and empowering diverse audiences in the Lekki and broader Nigerian market.
