About the Role
Gracebridge Children & Lifeline Health Foundation is a faith-led, non-profit organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children. We are seeking a talented, creative, and dependable Creative Content & Video Officer to help communicate our mission and impact through professional and engaging digital content. In this role, you will turn raw footage into compelling stories that capture attention, communicate our message clearly, and represent vulnerable children respectfully while upholding our Christian values.
Key Responsibilities- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube with strong opening hooks and engaging storylines.
- Handle post-production for interviews, campaigns, fundraising activities, and podcast content, ensuring accurate subtitles.
- Create branded graphics, flyers, thumbnails, and video covers adhering consistently to our blue, gold, and white branding.
- Develop creative content ideas, prepare compelling captions, and adapt media assets across various social platforms.
- Organise raw footage, project files, and completed content while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the Project and Communications Officer and Directors.
- Proven video editing and digital storytelling skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Proficiency in Canva or equivalent graphic design tools with strong attention to detail.
- Possession of a suitable personal laptop, a work smartphone, and a fully stable, strong, and reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Mandatory inclusion of a professional portfolio showcasing previous video editing and design work.
- A willingness to align with, support, and authentically represent Gracebridge's Christian mission and values.
