We are currently looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our innovative team and help showcase our exceptional properties to potential clients across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Shoot and edit high-quality home tours, property showcases, and promotional videos that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and video campaigns tailored for social media platforms.
- Manage end-to-end video production processes, including lighting, audio setup, filming, and post-production editing.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the Telamo Properties brand identity and maintains a professional, appealing aesthetic.
- Keep up to date with current real estate media trends, short-form video strategies, and digital marketing best practices in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in shooting and editing video content, with a strong portfolio or showreel to demonstrate your skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- A keen eye for detail, composition, lighting, and cinematic storytelling within the real estate or lifestyle sector.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight project deadlines.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various property locations within Nigeria as needed.
