About the Role

Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital is an international eye hospital with a proven chain presence of 42 eye hospitals across India and Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dedicated and articulate Contact/Call Center Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary ambassador for our hospital, delivering world-class customer service, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls professionally, courteously, and promptly while delivering exceptional patient-centric service.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and gathering patient feedback.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently using the hospital management system.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding hospital services, eye care procedures, specialist doctors, and operating hours.
  • Resolve patient inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient medical and personal information in line with healthcare compliance standards.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth daily hospital operations.
  • Meet established daily key performance indicators including call handling times, conversion rates, and satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant academic discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience working in a call center, customer service, or healthcare support role.
  • Prior working experience within a hospital or medical environment will be a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with Hospital Management Systems or CRMs.
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work flexible shifts including Saturdays and public holidays.
