Key Responsibilities- Proactively develop and maintain profitable client relationships, anticipating financial needs and offering tailored savings, investment, and loan solutions.
- Drive aggressive credit marketing initiatives with a primary focus on IPPIS loans, salary advances, personal loans, and other consumer credit facilities.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments, evaluate applicants' financial status, verify references, and analyze repayment capacity and overall risk levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal credit policies, risk management standards, and regulatory guidelines set by relevant authorities.
- Collaborate closely with risk management, compliance, and securities teams to maintain a healthy and high-quality loan asset portfolio.
- Interpret and apply relevant banking regulations, including data protection requirements and personal data processing exemptions.
- Minimum of 2 years of active, hands-on experience in the Nigerian banking sector.
- B.Sc. or B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong market orientation with proven networking abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Solid expertise in deposit mobilization, investment products, credit processing, and consumer loan portfolios.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
