We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary medical team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert diagnostic imaging services, ensuring accurate interpretations that directly drive effective patient treatment plans, safety, and superior clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist consultation, interpretation, and reporting across various diagnostic imaging modalities.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and allied health professionals to support accurate medical diagnoses.
- Review complex investigations and deliver timely, accurate clinical interpretations to guide patient management.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary medical team meetings and patient care discussions.
- Maintain precise, comprehensive, and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with hospital policies.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, clinical governance, and patient safety initiatives within the facility.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, medical confidentiality, and compassionate patient care.
- MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification from a recognized institution.
- Recognized postgraduate specialist fellowship qualification in Radiology (e.g., FWACS, FMCRad, or equivalent).
- Valid and current practicing license issued by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Demonstrated clinical experience working as a specialist or consultant radiologist in a reputable healthcare setting.
