Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre (LECC) is a premier multidisciplinary cardiovascular and cardiac rehabilitation facility dedicated to managing and treating heart and vascular diseases. We are currently seeking a visionary and highly skilled Consultant to drive clinical excellence, champion patient-centred care, and contribute to our continuous institutional growth in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional, evidence-based clinical expertise in cardiology and specialized cardiovascular patient care.
- Lead clinical governance initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance and patient safety protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of cardiologists, surgeons, and ICU physicians to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Participate in healthcare management, operational planning, and the enforcement of regulatory standards.
- Drive institutional growth through innovative approaches to cardiac care and service delivery excellence.
- Mentor junior medical staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaborative teamwork.
- Valid medical degree and relevant postgraduate fellowship certifications in cardiology or a related specialty.
- Current practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Proven clinical experience in advanced cardiovascular treatment and management.
- Strong leadership, healthcare management, and strategic decision-making abilities.
