We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and lead our construction operations to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project execution plans, work programmes, and construction schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, site engineers, builders, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Monitor project progress against approved milestones, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and drawings.
  • Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all assigned project sites.
  • Control material usage, minimize waste, and monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and coordinate testing and corrective actions where necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual project performance reports for the Director of Construction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant construction and project management experience in residential or infrastructure development.
  • Proven expertise in construction scheduling, resource allocation, and project controls.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities.
  • High level of professional integrity, accountability, and commitment to safety standards.
