About the Role

In this role, you will create detailed 3D models, complex mechanical assemblies, and production drawings for UAV and drone airframes optimized for manufacturing and physical assembly. Key Responsibilities- Design detailed 3D parts, complex hierarchical assemblies, and standard 2D engineering drawings using industry-standard CAD platforms.
- Develop UAV airframe components by selecting appropriate materials, fasteners, structural layouts, and manufacturing tolerances.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly principles across 3D printing, CNC machining, and composite fabrication workflows.
- Minimum ND or HND in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering, with strong portfolios from fresh graduates also welcome.
- Proficiency in standard CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, or Fusion 360.
- Hands-on experience with UAVs, RC aircraft, robotics, or rapid mechanical prototyping combined with solid problem-solving skills.
