About the Role
PG Consulting Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations for our ongoing construction projects. In this vital role, you will supervise site workers, ensure strict adherence to architectural plans, and enforce rigorous safety and quality standards on-site to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating daily construction tasks in accordance with project priorities, blueprints, and schedules.
- Delegating responsibilities effectively to crew members, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Managing workforce allocation, training, and mentorship to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Inspecting completed daily work to guarantee precise alignment with structural schematics and project specifications.
- Enforcing safety protocols, ensuring the proper use of tools, machinery, and personal protective equipment.
- Monitoring project budgets, maintaining quality standards, and reporting project status regularly to site engineers.
- HND or B.Sc. in Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience supervising active construction activities.
- Active CORBON registration is mandatory.
- HSE Level 1 to 3 Certifications or an active process of attainment.
- Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and physical fitness to work on fast-paced sites.
