About the Role
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, a leader in the Nigerian manufacturing and FMCG sector, is seeking a diligent and proactive Conditioning Monitoring Technician to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our state-of-the-art milling and power generation infrastructure by deploying advanced predictive maintenance techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out scheduled condition monitoring routes using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and other predictive tools.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret equipment data to identify early signs of deterioration and generate actionable reports.
- Update the CMMS/EAM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and close work orders efficiently.
- Support root cause analysis for equipment failures by providing comprehensive historical trend and diagnostic data.
- Coordinate with planning and craft technicians to prioritize corrective actions based on equipment criticality.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s food safety policies and quality assurance standards.
- OND or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of cognate experience in a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment.
- Relevant certifications in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and ISO standards.
