Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, we are currently seeking a dedicated and charismatic Concierge and Guest Services Officer to join our prestigious team and deliver world-class hospitality solutions to our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression upon arrival.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services in Lagos.
- Coordinate luggage handling, reservations, bookings, and special VIP requests with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with front desk, housekeeping, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special service notes to personalize future stays.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in a guest services, concierge, or front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language proficiencies considered a strong advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Impeccable personal presentation, grooming, and professional etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Familiarity with Lekki and broader Lagos environments for effective guest navigation and recommendations.
