About the Role
MM Pilates Studio is a premier Pilates and wellness studio located in Pinnock Beach Estate, Lagos, dedicated to helping clients improve their strength, mobility, posture, and overall well-being through quality Pilates training and personalized experiences. We are currently seeking two dedicated and professional Concierges to join our vibrant team on an immediate basis. Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all clients warmly, ensuring a premium and personalized studio experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding studio schedules, membership packages, and Pilates classes.
- Manage client bookings, scheduling, and check-ins efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues with tact and professionalism.
- Collaborate with instructors and management to ensure seamless daily studio operations.
- HND or BSc degree in any relevant field.
- Must reside within or in close proximity to Pinnock Beach Estate, Jakande, and surrounding Lekki areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident, professional, and able to interact easily with high-end clientele.
- Friendly, highly presentable, and deeply customer-service oriented.
- Reliable, highly organized, and capable of working a 3-day per week schedule from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Competitive monthly salary of 100,000 Naira.
