Joseph's Pot in Owerri is searching for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our vibrant team. As our Concierge, you will serve as the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued, guided, and cared for from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, setting a tone of exceptional hospitality and sophisticated care.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently both in-person and via telephone.
- Provide detailed information regarding our menu offerings, signature dishes, and daily specials.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure prompt and personalized service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints gracefully, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area at all times.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications and proven prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar concierge role.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for delivering superior guest service.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Owerri, Imo State.
