We are currently recruiting a polished and proactive Concierge on behalf of our esteemed client in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary ambassador of our client's brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable, seamless, and luxurious experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Provide expert recommendations regarding local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation services.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, bookings, and personalized itineraries promptly and efficiently.
- Resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of all guest requests, reservations, and feedback to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the front office and housekeeping teams to anticipate and fulfill unique guest needs.
- Ensure all concierge activities strictly adhere to safety protocols, hotel policies, and premium service standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a concierge, guest relations, front office, or customer service role within the hospitality sector.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Immaculate personal grooming, professional appearance, and refined interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle demanding situations with absolute discretion.
