We are currently recruiting a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our client's luxury hospitality team. In this role, you will serve as the guest experience ambassador, delivering personalized, anticipatory services and acting as the central point for advanced guest assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized concierge services, welcoming guests warmly and anticipating their unique needs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, airport transfers, limousine bookings, and transport logistics.
- Secure high-end restaurant reservations, event tickets, spa appointments, and special celebration packages.
- Supervise Bell Attendants and Doormen to ensure seamless luggage handling and lobby operations.
- Manage VIP requests with absolute discretion, ensuring flawless arrivals and tailored itineraries.
- Maintain comprehensive destination knowledge regarding local attractions, cultural sites, and business hubs.
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security departments.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a concierge, guest services, or front office role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Proficiency in Hotel PMS and reservation systems, with extensive local vendor knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal warmth, resourcefulness, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
