About the Role
Prime Montessori Nursery and Primary School (PMS) is dedicated to arresting the falling standard in the educational sector by providing qualitative and balanced education to all Nigerian children and the broader ECOWAS sub-region. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Computer Studies Teacher to deliver engaging ICT lessons and equip our young learners with practical digital skills that prepare them for a technology-driven future.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver structured, interactive Computer Studies lessons for nursery and primary school students in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Introduce foundational digital literacy, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and age-appropriate educational software.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and inclusive computer laboratory environment conducive to effective learning and hands-on practice.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and regular reports to parents and school management.
- Participate in school events, ICT-related extracurricular activities, and collaborative departmental meetings.
- Minimum of HND or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; NCE in Computer Studies is also acceptable.
- At least two years of proven teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary educational institution.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Google Classroom, internet research tools, and basic coding software.
