About the Role
Erisco Foods Limited, a leading indigenous manufacturer of quality food products in Nigeria, is seeking a diligent and proactive Compliance Officer to strengthen our regulatory and documentation processes. This on-site role based in Lagos is ideal for professionals with a solid background in compliance, auditing, and statutory reporting who are eager to contribute to our continued growth and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal compliance audits and assist in the effective implementation of company policies and directives.
- Monitor adherence to internal company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor customer acknowledgements and ensure strict compliance with company credit policies.
- Manage debtors' circularisation, oversee the recovery of outstanding debts, and reconcile corporate customer accounts.
- Monitor market pricing to prevent the inflation of product prices and ensure fair trade compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage and resolve compliance-related tasks and inquiries efficiently.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of cognate experience in compliance, audit, or statutory reporting.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple compliance tasks across different departments.
- Must reside within the Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, Ojota, or Berger axis in Lagos.
