About the Role
Emmanuel Bakeries Limited, a premier FMCG distributor in Kogi State with over a decade of excellence, is seeking a dedicated professional for our Compliance Monitoring Unit. In this role, you will play a vital part in upholding our reputation for reliability, ethics, and operational integrity by ensuring company-wide adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across all branches and departments.
- Conduct routine compliance checks and field monitoring for sales, stock, cash-handling, attendance, and documentation.
- Review records and activities to identify deviations, risks, and potential policy violations.
- Document findings, prepare comprehensive reports for Management, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support internal investigations and collaborate with relevant departments to strengthen internal controls and reduce operational risks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information and compliance records.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications and a Master's degree will be distinct advantages.
- Demonstrated experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
