About the Role

Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF), a leading non-profit organization in Nigeria dedicated to humanitarian response and community development, is seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to fill the role of Complaint Response and Feedback Mechanism (CRM) Attendant. This short-term contract position plays a crucial role in maintaining transparency and accountability to affected populations by serving as the primary community-level point of contact for feedback, enquiries, and complaints across Fufore, Girei, Yola North, and Yola South LGAs in Adamawa State.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate designated community feedback and help desks during agreed working hours to receive questions, feedback, and complaints respectfully.
  • Provide accurate information to community members regarding LPF activities, entitlements, and available feedback channels.
  • Document enquiries and complaints accurately using approved tools while maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Refer sensitive issues, including protection concerns, safeguarding, PSEA, and fraud, to the appropriate reporting mechanisms immediately.
  • Conduct basic community outreach and sensitization to promote the accessibility and inclusion of vulnerable groups in feedback processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all feedback, referrals, and resolutions, reporting recurring community concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, community engagement, NGO operations, or help desk management is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in relevant local languages spoken within the target Adamawa State communities.
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of integrity, empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when interacting with diverse groups.
  • Basic record-keeping abilities and computer literacy are desirable.
