About the Role
One Stop Pharmacy and Stores is a trusted community pharmacy and retail store dedicated to delivering genuine medications, quality skincare products, and exceptional customer care. We are currently seeking a responsible, compassionate, and patient-focused Community Pharmacy Nurse to join our dedicated team in Ushafa. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting community health and wellness by offering routine health assessments, basic nursing care, and professional guidance to our valued customers in a friendly, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine health checks including blood pressure, blood glucose, temperature, and weight assessments.
- Provide reliable health education and basic guidance to customers within your professional scope.
- Assist customers with over-the-counter (OTC) product selections and escalate complex queries to the pharmacist.
- Administer authorized injections and basic wound care treatments when required.
- Maintain precise records of all patient assessments, consultations, and health services provided.
- Identify critical symptoms and ensure timely referrals of patients to qualified physicians or hospitals.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists and retail staff to ensure smooth daily pharmacy operations.
- Valid registration and current practicing license as a Nurse in Nigeria, or proven extensive experience as an auxiliary nurse.
- Prior working experience in a community pharmacy, retail clinic, or healthcare setting is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of basic nursing procedures and general healthcare products.
- Proximity to Ushafa and the flexibility to work assigned shifts.
